I came in with my family and this place is the cutest! Service is amazing and we were given complimentary street corn ???? and OMG it is so delicious. (I didn't get a pic but I promise you, you will love it) Dinner and drinks are delicious. We will definitely be coming back
This was a wonderful experience, location and general manager came to see how the food was, which was outstanding. If you're a first-time visitor like I was, you get a complimentary Mexican street corn Sunday - Friday but if your first visit is on Saturday, get ready for some freshly made conchas. Absolutely 10/10 on every level
One of my top favorite places to eat! The food is amazing, the ambiance is as well and the staff is always attentive. If you are a fan of margaritas, you definitely want to give them a try here. They have a bunch of different variety and they make them all fresh. I tried the orange pineapple this time and it was so refreshing. I need to go back and try them all! I ordered the tostones for dinner which is actually an appetizer. The portion was a perfect serving. The chicken empanadas are so delicious with a good amount of spice. If it’s your first time visiting, they will give you a free elote appetizer to begin with. So good, you’ll want to order more!
I moved to Houston about 5 months ago and we came to this restaurant today. Let me tell you this place is over the top delicious and the staff is even better! The doors swung open as they welcomed us in! Our waiter Alex was great at giving us the rundown of the place since it was our first time. He was on point and checked on us periodically. The street corn is a must have and the Risotto Mexicano is the best tasting dinner I have had and I’ve eaten t. Lot of places! If you have never been, I would highly recommend it!
Had an amazing experience here, special thanks to the manager Nicole. Had the street corn, like no other, the special dish that was some sort of noodle that blew my mind, and the top shelf margaritas. Comfortable environment where you can relax and enjoy the drinks and food.
This place is great! The atmosphere and food were awesome. The servers were very professional and attentive. The food was fresh, hot and authentic. The Mexican Street Corn is a must try. Special shout out to Ana/Anna who was my server today. Awesome customer service! I will definitely be back. UPDATE: I went back for my birthday and the service was stellar! Nelson was very attentive and professional. Ten stars!
We came here for brunch on a Saturday and it did not disappoint. Everything was so tasty. We started with the Mexican street corn, the fresh cotija cheese was EVERYTHING! I also had the chilaquiles verdes with chicken tinga it is a large portion IMO. (So good I forgot to get a pic) Love that you choose the protein option, get an egg, and even potatoes with it! We ended with churros for dessert. They were delicious and tasted fresh. Will definitely be returning.
Absolutely phenomenal experience! From the hospitality to the flavor, not one bad experience. I just wish I had more space in my tummy to try dessert. ???? Lol. I had the watermelon salad and omg ! You have to try it with sirloin on top. The fried goat cheese seals the deal. But don't just take my word for it, go and try it out for yourself. Let them know you saw this review!
If we could give more stars for the service we would because Ambriza went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our breakfast with our parents. The manager helped seat us at a table that would be comfortable for our mother as she is handicapped. And he brought us their delicious street corn for being our first time. The food and staff were phenomenal. We will definitely be back. Don’t skip out on the hot chocolate with fresh sweet bread.
Came for their happy hour and Monday is happy hour all day long! Their margarita prices go up with whatever time of day it is. We ordered a few appetizers off of the happy hour menu and they did not disappoint, great flavor and portion sizes. Cute casual restaurant with a patio, bar and great service. They have a few locations, overall good place for a good happy hour.
